The right time to send your email is right after a sale comes through. This is when your clients are in a happy place and most engaged. 

If you provide remodeling services, your client is most engaged when you’ve just completed the project successfully. In your email, highlight how successfully you have worked together to create the space they envisioned. You can also say that you are looking for more clients like them. 

Make The Referral Beneficial for Them

When your already satisfied client believes that they will get a positive value from making the referral, they are more likely to do so. Encourage them by using an incentive that holds value for them. 

For example, you can write about the car you sold and how it provides benefits to them. Also, invite them to your referral program and offer an incentive, such as 20% off on the first oil change for them and their friend who purchases a car from you.
